How to Create a Super Productive Daily Ritual

Through this “ Success Discipline Ritual, “ you will learn how to “ create a super productive daily ritual.” That mean every single day and week you will be very productive and get a lot of important things done to help you move toward your ultimate goal.

Below is the step by step and formula of how I customize my “ Success Discipline Ritual “ – How to Create A Super Productive Daily Ritual.

1.  Morning Routine (7am-10am)

  • 1 Liter water (1 minute). Water is nearby bed.
  • Wash Face/Brush Teeth (5 min )
  • Smile ( 10 min )
  • Sinus Rinse (10 minutes)
  • Vick Steam Inhaler (10 minute)
  • Meditation (10 minutes) using Calm Android/Iphone App with or without headphone
  • Visualization (10 minutes). Repeat 20x times your one year goal inside your head.
    -Visualize the pleasure that you feel when achieve the 1yr goal. How do that make you feel? Where can you go? What can you do? … Picture all of that in your mind
    – Visualize the pain that you feel when not achieve the 1yr goal. How do that make you feel? Where can you go? What can you do? … Picture all of that in your mind
  • Appreciation ( 10 min). List three things, three people and 3 problems that I’m appreciated for today. And why?
  • Exercise and Shower ( 1 hour )
    Stretch + Run for 15 min
    – 4x of 30 pushup, 4x of 20 Arm Curve, 4x of 10 pullup, 4x of 25 situp ( 30min )
    – Take Shower+ dress (15 min)
  • Breakfast (20 minutes). Cereal/Oatmeal/ Sandwich with Peanut Butter

– Supplements : ( Protein shake , Multivitamin , fish oil omega-3, blueberry capsules, ginseng)

  • Reading ( 30 min ) on subject related to Marketing, self-development, leadership, relationship, biography.
  • Review Focus Planner for Tasks of the Day (10 minutes)

2. In Working Zone 10am-1p.m. and 3pm-6p.m  (My ritual before I begin work)

  • Working Zone (3hr) apply 60-60-30 rule 10am-1p.m
  • Working Zone (3hr) apply 60-60-30 rule 3pm-6p.m
  • Desk is clean
  • Phone is on silent.
  • Turn on Stop-watch timer app on Android phone/iphone with 60-60-30 alarm

3.  Lunch Break Routine (1pm – 2pm)

  • Eat Lunch (30 minutes)
  • Protein Shake (1-2 Scoop of protein, 1-2% milk, Spinach, blueberry ) = 10 min
  • Sleep Time (20 minute ) if Needed

4. Email & Phone Routine (2pm – 3pm)

  • Check Email & Phone Voicemail ( 15 min )
  • Reply and reach out by Email & phone (45 min)
  • People I need to reply today by email and phone
  • People I need to reach out today by email and phone
  • Research ( 60 min) as optional if no email or phone call

5. In Study Zone (6p.m- 9p.m)

  • Learn New Skills and Business Systems ( 2 hr )
  • Reading ( 1hr )
  • Video Marketing & Blog

6. Night Routine ( 9p.m-11p.m)

  • Dinner time = from 9pm-9:45p.m ( 40min)
  • Take Luna Natural Sleep Pill, ZMA pill ( 5 min)
  • Take Shower + Hygiene = 9:45p.m- 10p.m  (15 minutes)
  • Plan Next Day (15 minutes)
  • Journaling (15 minutes) on Notebook or using DayOne app
  • Talk to GF (30min)
  • In bed by 11pm

Bonus Tips :

Daily Health Habits

  • 1 gallon or pitcher of water (I fill a full gallon every night)
  • Home Fitness ( 5x run a week, 5x exercise in a week )
  • Meditate 5x a week

Maximizing Sleep

  • Avoid drink Caffeine after 6 p.m
  • Avoid drink Water after 10 p.m
  • Take Luna Natural Sleep Aid and ZMA pills if needed before bed
  • Use Flux for Laptop ,desktop (https://justgetflux.com/). Use Bluelight Filter for Android phone
  • Put sleeping mask or Black out the room with drapes
  • use Sleep Cycle App on iPhone/android or Sleep as Android to keep track of sleep
  • Phone is on silent and facing down
  • Turn off all light, electronic device except phone and block all noise.
  • Lower room temperature to 72 F
  • Avoid meals 1-2 hours before going to bed
  • Discipline get in bed at 10:30p.m. Sleep time at 11p.m. Wake up at 7a.m
  • If I can’t sleep then meditate for 10 minutes

In this video, I’m going to share with you my “ Success Discipline Ritual “  of how I customize my daily activities from Monday through Sunday to help me stay active, focus and super productive throughout my day, week, month and year, so I can stay focus to faster achieve my goal. And I want to thank you to Charles Ngo and Eben Pagan because I learn many of the techniques and methods for this video from them. So I want to give credit where it due.

Through this “ Success Discipline Ritual, “ you will learn how to “ create a super productive daily ritual.” That mean every single day and week you will be very productive and get a lot of important things done to help you move toward your ultimate goal .  Is that sound good? Alright right now I’m in front of my computer, and this is my success discipline ritual that I customize from Monday through Sunday. I use this Success Discipline Ritual as a daily roadmap or blueprint to help me stay focus, active and super productive to faster achieve my goal.

I print several copies of this “ Success Discipline Ritual “ and display it in my room, right in front of my office desk and anywhere convenient in the house for me to see. This is like my daily Roadmap to keep me away from a lot of distraction and help me to stay discipline every single day throughout the week and month. And I update this Success Discipline Ritual every three months to help streamline my schedule.

There is a favorite quote that I love.  It said if you don’t proactive design your day or your life, someone else will hire you to design their.

As I know most successful people, high-level CEO, they have a very organize, discipline schedule for their day, week and month to help them avoid distraction so they can get a lot of important things done through their day, week and month.

Think about this for a second. We live in the world full of distraction. There are popular social media like Facebook, Instagram, text message, phone call and even the recent most popular app like Pokemon Go everywhere that can easily distract us while we are working. So When was the last time you were working on your computer, and someone else calls or text you? Then you pick up the phone, talk to that person just for a little bit. Then you realize half an hour is gone. And now you go back to work then you don’t remember what you are working on. Is that ever happened to you?

I create the “ Success Discipline Ritual “ as a way to keep me on track. For example, let say right now I’m getting distracted during the day or the week. All I have to do is take a look at my watch or clock, find out what is the time and date today. So today is Thursday 6 p.m that means I’m in my Working Zone, now I know exactly what to do.

  1. Morning Routine ( 7a.m-10a.m)
  2. Working Zone (10am-1p.m. and 3pm-6p.m )
  3. Lunch Break Routine ( 1pm-2p.m)
  4.  Email & Phone Routine ( 2p.m – 3p.m)
