7 Steps To Have An Insane Productive Morning

Did you know having a productive morning is the most important part of your day. Why because it set the momentum, and the positive energy for the rest of the day. Did you ever want to know how to create a super productive morning. Well this video, I’m going to show you seven simple steps to have an insane productive morning. Let jump right in.

Morning Routine (7am-10am) = 7 simple steps to have a productive morning

1)   1 Liter water (1 minute). Water is nearby bed.

2) Wash Face/Brush Teeth (5 min )

3)  Meditation (10 minutes) using Calm Android/Iphone App with or without  headphone
●   Visualization (10 minutes). Repeat 20x times 1 year goal inside your head.
-Visualize the pleasure that you feel when achieve the 1yr goal. How do that make you feel? Where can you go? What can you do? … Picture all of that in your mind
– Visualize the pain that you feel when not achieve the 1yr goal. How do that make you feel? Where can you go? What can you do? .. Picture all of that in your mind
●   Appreciation (10 min).  List 3 things, 3 people and 3 problems that I’m appreciated for today. And why?

4)  Exercise and Shower ( 1 hour )
– Stretch + Run for 15 min
– 4x of 30 pushup, 4x of 20 ArmCurve, 4x of 10 pullup, 4x 25 situp ( 30min)
– Take Shower+ dress (15 min)

5)  Breakfast (20 min). Cereal/Oatmeal/ Sandwich with Peanut Butter
– Supplements : ( Protein shake , Multivitamin , fish oil omega-3, blueberry capsules, ginseng)

6)    Reading ( 30 min ) on subject related to Marketing, self-development, leadership, relationship, biography.

7)    Review Focus Planner for Tasks of the Day (10 minutes)
